Verification is a safety and authenticity measure. A verified badge, successful liveness check or identity-verification status is not a guarantee that a member is truthful, trustworthy, safe, single, compatible, suitable or free from misconduct.

• Do not provide false identity information.
• Do not use another person's identity.
• Do not attempt to bypass, manipulate or defeat verification or safety controls.
• Do not submit another person's biometric or identity information without lawful authority or permission.

• Do not send money to someone you met through the Platform.
• Do not send passwords, one-time codes or financial credentials to another member.
• Do not request, solicit, transfer or send money or financial assistance to another member as a condition of dating or continuing a relationship.
• Be alert to romance scams, fraud, money laundering, illegal solicitation, exploitation and financial deception.

• Do not share sensitive personal information prematurely.
• Do not publish another person's private or confidential information without lawful authority or permission.
• Do not use another person's personal information to manipulate, threaten, blackmail or exploit them.

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, sexually harass or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
• Do not intimidate, abuse or exploit another person.
• Do not create fake or materially misleading profiles.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not materially misrepresent your age, identity, relationship status, marital status or intentions.

• Meet new people in public places for initial dates.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going.
• Arrange your own transportation where appropriate.
• Verify your booking and meeting details.
• Leave a situation if you feel unsafe.

Members remain responsible for deciding whether to communicate with, meet or pursue a relationship with another member.

Restaurants, venues, transport providers, coaches and other third-party businesses are independent providers. Their availability, safety, quality, pricing, service delivery and cancellation rules are their responsibility unless Eberechi Connect expressly states that it is the supplier of the relevant service.

A recommendation, listing or booking facilitation does not constitute a guarantee of a third party's safety, quality or suitability.

Users should verify booking details and take reasonable personal-safety precautions.

• Fraud, romance scams, money laundering or unlawful solicitation.
• Impersonation or materially misleading profiles.
• Circumventing verification, moderation, account restrictions or safety controls.
• Scraping or harvesting member information without authorisation.
• Unauthorised access to, disruption of or reverse engineering of the Platform.
• Malware or malicious code.
• Trafficking, sexual exploitation or other unlawful activity.
• Publishing another person's personal information without lawful authority or permission.
• Distribution of sexually explicit, exploitative or unlawful content through features not expressly designated for authorised educational content.

Members can report or block other members using Platform tools or by contacting support.

Eberechi Connect may investigate reports and take action including warnings, content removal, additional verification, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination.

Eberechi Connect may cooperate with law enforcement or competent authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious safety, fraud or criminal concerns.

Where appropriate and practicable, users may appeal certain moderation or account decisions through a process communicated by Eberechi Connect.

If you feel unsafe, leave the situation and contact appropriate local authorities or emergency services.

For threats, domestic violence, abuse, self-harm, serious mental-health concerns or urgent medical situations, contact an appropriate qualified professional, emergency service or relevant authority.

If you suspect fraud, impersonation, abuse, exploitation or other serious misconduct, use the reporting tools or contact support promptly.
